- Clare Bridge of Delta is located next to Sterling House of Delta, our sister community. We provide a full continuum of Personalized Assisted Living and Alzheimer's and Dementia care services for seniors.
- We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. All menu options are selected by a registered dietician to optimize nutritional value. Understanding that many individuals with memory loss have special dietary needs, we offer a full menu of finger foods and adaptive devices and document food preferences for every resident. Resident seating is pre-selected to insure a pleasurable dining experience.
- Our staff provides comprehensive medication support – from medication reminders to standby assistance to administering medications.
- Our outdoor courtyard is a great place to dine and enjoy family. It is ideal for residents who want to be outside, yet need a controlled environment.
- Our private dining room offers a more intimate setting for celebrations with friends and family (pre-planned).
