Arden Courts Palm Harbor Welcome to Arden Courts of Palm Harbor, Florida. Conveniently located on Tampa Road, near Mease Countryside and Helen Ellis Hospital, and on a campus with ManorCare Health Services skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Arden Courts was designed exclusively for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, and our residents live in a community of four individual houses consisting of 14 residents each. Each house has a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room, and faces a courtyard setting with over 10,000 square feet of walking area. We also feature a health center, community center and art studio. Arden Courts offers all the services normally associated with an assisted living facility, however, the services have been modified to take into account the unique needs of the Alzheimer's resident. Special attention has been given to physical building layout, safety and decor. Modified activity and food service programs focus on preferences, abilities and, most importantly, maintaining independence for as long as possible.
